Returned goods will not be accepted without our prior authorization. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Product must be returned in as shipped condition. We will not accept any returns on altered, abused or damaged products. Requests for a product return must include our original invoice number, product number and reason for return. E-mail requests to or use the return form button to the left. Return information will be e-mailed to the e-mail address provided within 48 hours Monday thru Friday. Please double check your e-mail address.


Product shipping errors on our part will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.


We disclaim any and all other warranties either implied or expressed. All warranty claims must be made directly to the manufacturer of the product for repair or replacement. We are not a warranty repair station for any manufacturer. We will provide manufacturer contact information if available on products we sold upon request for items with a factory warranty.


Claims of shortages or damaged shipments must be made immediately upon receipt of the damaged or shorted shipment. For damage claims the original shipping box and packaging must be retained for inspection. Claims for loss will only be processed after 31 days. If our online order status shows your order has shipped but you have not received it after 4 business days please contact us at for tracking information.


Refunds for returned products will be issued with our prior consent only. They will be issued only after we receive the product in as shipped condition or process the loss claim. A 5% to 15% restocking fee will be applied to returned items. Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping cost is the customers responsibility, any shipments over 1 pound will have the actual shipping charges deducted from the refund..


A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from all orders that are processed and then canceled, refused, not picked up at the post office or returned for insufficient address/not deliverable as addressed. A refund will only be issued after the package and product is received at our office in as shipped condition. Shipping is not refundable, any shipments over 1 pound received back at out office will have the actual shipping charges deducted from the refund.



Some magazines and grips may require fitting. Guns vary and so do the replacement parts, even factory parts. They are not always a perfect fit. Gun parts should only be installed by a qualified professional gunsmith. Live ammunition should never be hand cycled thru a gun. Product must be returned in as shipped condition. We do not accept returns on altered, abused or damaged products.

All magazines listed on this web site should be cleaned and oiled before use. Most will be covered with a protective oil or old Cosmoline. Used magazines are exactly what the word implies and all photos are of cleaned magazines actual product may vary as they are used.


While we visually inspect every product for obvious or damage when received from the manufacturers and distributors and track all product return reasons we are not perfect and exceptions or remedies other then listed above will be at our sole discretion.


A $35.00 collection fee will be assessed to all chargeback's and other dishonored customer obligations to us. Additionally all fees, charges, postage and employee time will also be included in any collection action. We reserve the right to use a second party collection company or local lawyer who may also assess additional charges in the collection process. Furthermore we reserve the right to add any customers name and address information that originates a chargeback to any and all national databases that store and disseminate such information.


A person placing an order from warrants that he or she is an adult and is under no legal restrictions which would prohibit such person from ordering, purchasing, owning, possessing, or transferring these items under all applicable federal, state or local law.
