Please Note: Gabilondo y Cia (Gabilondo and Company) manufactured guns under the LLAMA name in Vitoria Espana (Vitoria Spain). Some of the importers include Eagle imports, Import Sports, Interarms, SGS Importers and Stoeger Arms Corporation.

Some may be stamped "LLAMA ESPECIAL" While Llama thought many of their guns were special this in not the model. Llama guns made prior to 1995 will rarely be stamped with their model designation. Llama sometimes made changes to a gun over the years and still called it by the same model name.

Also note: Older Spanish guns are notorious for minor dimensional variations. Magazines that shipped with the guns were hand fitted OR selected at the factory for the gun. Even the correct factory manufactured magazine for the gun may still need slight fitting. The magazine catch slot is generally the biggest problem with magazines in the guns and the catch slot may need to be adjusted a very slight amount on the magazine body. While a standard 1911 type magazine may fit in some Llama models it often will not feed reliable. We do not accept returns on altered magazines.
